11月20日 西和賀高校 フード調理実習 湯田牛乳を使ったグラタンとロールケーキ November 20th, This weeks special ingredient is Nishiwaga Yuda Milk. The two dishes they’re making are Gratin and Swiss rolls.

The 3rd year class is gaining a lot of experience in the kitchen which is great because next year, some of them have to cook on their own. After each class, they are getting better and better.
